You can have the web site of your dreams for a price that won't give you nightmares!

You may notice that this site is undergoing a few changes. Nothing major really, but I decided that I wanted to lean it away from the impersonal, all-business approach it has had in its last few incarnations. No graphics changes as I'm in love with the design, but the content is becoming more personal, in line with my approach to web design. I believe that design is a very personal thing: no two people have quite the same style, and everyone has unique tastes. Therefore, my designs are tailored to the individual needs and desires of my clients. I like to know how you want to use the site, what you foresee it becoming down the road, and how you want it to reflect your own personal approach to your business. It is my hope that you'll find here a body of work that shows that approach, and not the cut and dry, almost templated designs created by so many other companies.

It certainly ain't no drag for me!
Thanks to Cafepress.com, you'll soon be able to by merchandise with Nico aka Nikki Costa Ross's picture on it. He's been doing drag shows for some time now, and I thought it'd be fun to start selling some stuff like that. Cafepress just made it possible. I've got some pictures, I just need to get them scanned and get a logo designed. Unless he's reading this page, Nico doesn't know anything about it. Imagine his surprise when several of his friends show up at the bar one night wearing shirts and stuff with his picture on them. ;-)

Well, it took long enough!!
Finally got around to updating this sucker. This site was far too impersonal for my tastes, so I decided to change it from a purely business site to more of a personal site with a portfolio.

Goin' to the chapel...
No, not me; my sister is getting married in May. It so happens that the date they picked is only six days after my one year anniversary with Nico, so we're going to go to Chicago (the wedding's in St Louis) and he'll get to see where I grew up, as well as meet my Mom and everyone. Needless to say, I'm excited as heck about it.

My, how time does fly...
Nico and I have been together six months. Both of our birthdays and our six-month anniversary are all within a two week period, can you say "Party time!!!"?

September 2001

9/11
Our hearts are with those affected by the blodiest assault on American soil since the civil war. I was fortunate enough not to have lost anyone in it, but I can tell you it was something I'll not soon forget. My boss has two TVs in his office with one of those Tivo things, so we were able to watch it on CNN and MSNBC simulateneously, with instant replay on demand.

A Glimpse Into My Life
Something kind of remarkable happened the other day. I was informed on one of the forums in which I participate that a piece of my artwork was published in the September issue of 3DWorld magazine. The image was done as a personal message to someone very important in my life, and promptly sent to as many 3D magazines as I could think of, in the hopes that I'd be able to show this person a magazine with that image in it. Almost to my surprise, the image, created in trueSpace 4.3 and entitled "A Glimpse Into My Life" was published. The original image is available here:
