The founder of WEBolutionary, having taught himself the art of web site design using the many web development resources available on the Internet, feels that WEBolutionary has a responsibility to return some of that information to the Internet, for others to learn from and to explore new ideas about what the Internet is and what it can become through the sites on it. A major part of this web site is dedicated to providing resources to other web developers on the internet, giving them a forum where they can exchange ideas on virtually any topic involving web design and development.
